Forgot Your Username or Password?

If you are having difficulty signing in, enter the email address you used to register with Tee-On, and click Submit.

Your username and a link to reset your password will be sent to the email address you used to register.

Resetting Passwords – Trouble-shooting Suggestions

When signing in for the first time with your new password – If your computer automatically fills in your sign in information (i.e. using your old sign in info), you will need to manually re-enter your new Username and Password into the SIGN IN box.

When using an iPad or tablet – If you also have a desktop computer, try to Sign In from this computer instead. Regrettably, some older iPads or tablets may no longer support current internet browsers properly.

3rd Party Cookies – Ensure that you’ve enabled 3rd party cookies on your computer, as they are needed for the Sign In function to work correctly. This is typically found in the internet browsers’ ‘settings’ and then under the ‘privacy’ section. Each browser may be different, so you may have to look up where your cookie settings are located.
